3 Firms Advise On £4.5B EQT, Abu Dhabi Deal For Dechra

Veterinary drugmaker Dechra said Friday that it has agreed to be bought for £4.5 billion ($5.6 billion) by Swedish investment group EQT and Abu Dhabi's investment vehicle, in one of the largest take-private deals in Britain this year.
