Govt constitutes Inquiry Committee Avtar Bhat SAMBA, Jan 2: Twenty seven labourers were injured when a portion of shuttering/ slab of an under construction bridge by Border Roads Organisation (BRO) over river Devika at Kaulpur in this district collapsed this afternoon.
