Developer IDA London Holdings is seeking to replace the former RBS bank site in the town centre with a building of 103 flats. The development site is on the corner of Clarendon Road and the ring road, opposite Watford Palace Theatre. Neighbours have received letters informing them of the possible development and an online consultation has been set up ahead a formal planning application, which is yet to be submitted.
