22 IAS, 45 Bihar Administrative Service officers transferred

The Bihar government has transferred 22 IAS officers, including 5 district magistrates (DMs), and 45 officers from the Bihar Administrative Service (BAS). Patna DM Chandrasekhar Singh has been transferred to the chief minister's secretariat as special secretary.
