2023 El Dorado County Senior of the Year winners and nominee

EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. - The votes are in for the 2023 Senior of the Year award in El Dorado County. Maureen and Jim Carter, both residents of Placerville, were named as recipients of the award during the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors meeting on May 16.
