Democrats Daryl Scott of Conway and Mal Hyman of Hartsville are competing for another chance to take on an incumbent Republican in South Carolina’s sprawling 7th Congressional District. The pair will face off in the June 11 primary election. The winner goes up against GOP Rep. Russell Fry, who is seeking a second term, in the Nov. 5 General Election.
