Spencer Mayor Officially Wraps Up 2020 in News Conference

Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer Mayor Kevin Robinson wrapped up 2020 in a news conference earlier this week. He says many new businesses either moved to or expanded in downtown.
Robinson says it was also a banner year for housing construction and renovation.
