The decision by the Superior Court panel means Daron Nesbit has roughly another 15 years to serve behind bars before he can be considered for parole. Daron Nesbit Nesbit, now 40, has been jailed since his arrest for a March 1997 slaying in York County. Police said Nesbit shot a man twice during a fight in a parking lot. A county jury convicted Nesbit of first-degree murder.
