12 indicted over credit card fraud using fake base stations

Taipei, April 10 (CNA) Twelve people including the alleged head of the scam ring were indicted Monday on suspicion of using fake base stations to send mobile SMS spams to commit credit card fraud, according to the Yunlin District Prosecutors Office.
