Liverpool will play host to the first big outdoor family event in a year when the River of Light trail launches next week.
The event was originally planned for November last year but was cancelled due to lockdown restrictions.
The trail was to be part of the River of Light Bonfire Night celebrations on Liverpool 's waterfront, however, the whole event was cancelled over concerns around large crowds gathering in one place during the coronavirus pandemic.
