Thomas Flood’s body was discovered in Semiahmoo Park on April 7th and his van with a pool of blood in it was later found in Fairhaven. Court documents state that surveillance video, tips from witnesses, bullets, blood and other evidence led investigators to 62-year-old Lynda Clare Mercy. A witness reported that she was seen arguing with Flood near where he slept in the van in Langley early on April 6th.
