$4.2bn 'green' refinery project planned for Duqm

A refinery employing eco-friendly technology is being built in Duqm, Oman, at a cost of $4.2 billion, a report said. It is a public-private partnership involving the sultanate, Canada Business Holdings and Special Economic Zone Authority at Duqm (Sezad).
