It is the last townhouse in a small complex of 10, so there is only one neighbour on one side of the building who is also very quiet.
You will be sharing with one female only.
The complex is immaculately presented and very well maintained.
There is a small courtyard as well as a large balcony overlooking the complex and distant views.
It is close to buses and trains (a five minute walk to the bus stop going to Woy Woy or Umina) and a 5-10 minute bus ride to Woy Woy Train Station.
I also have a small female cat, so someone who loves animals is a must, especially cats.
