Local owners of Swisse and Noisy Beast part ways April 24, 2021 12:30 Less than three years after it announced that it had been wholly acquired by Swisse Wellness, integrated agency Noisy Beast has completed a management buyout from the H&H Group (owners of Swisse and Biostime in Australia) to become fully independent. Prior to the Swisse Wellness buyout, Noisy Beast had developed the ambassador and media alignment strategy that was then used to launch the brand in Europe, Asia and the US. Noisy Beast managing director, David Brown, said it was time for both the group and agency to move in different directions.

LYNNE Mallinson has been a Non-Executive Director for H&H Group for almost two years now and has influenced a great deal across the firm in this time. Lynne, who lives at Dacre, near Ullswater and assists husband, David and son, Rory in the running of their 300 acre tenanted dairy and sheep farm, is one of the Group’s two female Non-Executive directors. What is your background and career path? I was brought up on a farm, with a long line of farming in my family. As such, I have very strong roots within the Agri Sector. I have always been in business in some way or another. I joined my local bank aged 16 and worked my way up to become a Bank Manager at only 22. Working for the bank gave me the foundations for understanding the financial aspects of running a business, as well as reading a set of accounts and dealing with customers. These are all key skills which I have drawn on ever since.

To celebrate these values and the Group’s shared culture across its teams in Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America and Oceania, the Group has partnered with creative studio Gen C to develop its global creative platform.   The campaign celebrates a love of humans, launched with a film that features H&H Group team members and their families, in a powerful and emotive montage supporting the tagline “For the Love of Humans.”
