After plans by the Football Association (FA) to restructure the game’s non-professional ranks were given the green light last week, Bassett learned the Hellenic League Premier Division in which they compete will look vastly different to previous seasons. Collier’s side will be up against 11 new clubs in the 22-team league, with Wiltshire rivals Bradford Town, Westbury United, Calne Town, and Corsham Town all moving from the Western League set-up to the Hellenic League.
