Double Co-op boost for People’s Pantry Hard-working volunteers at The People’s Pantry in Market Weighton have been given a double boost by the Co-op. Monday, 15th March 2021, 10:45 am Prize winner Chris Powney with Helen Slater (The People’s Pantry) and Amy Robson (centre) representing the Co-op store at North Ferriby. It has become the latest organisation to benefit from becoming a Foodshare partner by the store at North Ferriby, receiving surplus food such as bakery items. The pantry has also been chosen to receive a hamper of Fairtrade products after the store ran a quiz among customers to mark Fairtrade Fortnight in February.
