MINDLESS vandals have destroyed part of Cadder Primary School s outdoor classroom. The parent council at the Herma Street school have since set up a GoFundMe page that has raised £760 towards the damage. Over the weekend, vandals entered the playground, damaged the outdoor classroom, destroyed plants, and left smashed glass bottles lying around. Councillor Chris Cunningham, city convener for education, skills and early years, said: “It’s such so upsetting that vandals are targeting school grounds – it seems even more deplorable when some of our children are not back in school. “The pupils spent yesterday morning replanting the uprooted plants and a new boundary fence is being built where we think youths are accessing the school.
