LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) â The impact of the ice storm was felt across Lexington Thursday night as many roads remained icy and some residents were left without power.
Heidi and Paul Reese lost power around 3 a.m. Thursday and were still waiting for it to be restored Thursday night. I keep optimistically thinking that it s going to be back soon but so far it has not, Paul said.
