ALBANY – A domestic abuser who served almost two years in state prison for knifing a woman in a Clinton Avenue home in 2013 is headed back to prison for five for 10 years for stabbing a man to death on the same street last year.
Francisco Rosario, 27, of Albany pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree manslaughter for causing the death of 27-year-old Joseph Galindez on April 19, 2020.
Acting Supreme Court Justice Roger McDonough, who accepted Rosario’s guilty plea Tuesday, will impose the defendant’s sentence on July 16.

The man arrested for his involvement in one of Friday’s two homicides in the City of Albany in February pleaded guilty to making a threat during a protest in Troy last spring.
21-year-old Jhajuan Sabb of Schenectady faces a charge of murder in the 2nd degree for the killing of an Albany man at the corner of 1st and Quail Streets Friday afternoon. Five others were injured in the drive-by shooting.
