ALBANY – A domestic abuser who served almost two years in state prison for knifing a woman in a Clinton Avenue home in 2013 is headed back to prison for five for 10 years for stabbing a man to death on the same street last year.
Francisco Rosario, 27, of Albany pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree manslaughter for causing the death of 27-year-old Joseph Galindez on April 19, 2020.
Acting Supreme Court Justice Roger McDonough, who accepted Rosario’s guilty plea Tuesday, will impose the defendant’s sentence on July 16.
