JACKSON, MI Retail pharmacies are updating their websites weekly with available COVID vaccine appointments in Jackson County.
Kroger, CVS, Meijer, Walmart and Rite Aid are offering vaccinations to eligible residents as the supply allows.
Jackson, MI- To maximize community vaccination efforts, Henry Ford Allegiance Health and the Jackson County Health Department have opened a mass vaccination site at the original American 1 Events Center at the Jackson County Fairgrounds and is open most Saturdays and Sundays depending on the vaccination supply on site. Vaccine Eligibility is determined by state guidelines, as of April 5th, all community members over the age of 16 are eligible to receive the vaccine.

JACKSON COUNTY, MI – A man was injured in a motorcycle crash Wednesday evening in Summit Township, police said.
The 58-year-old Summit Township man was riding his motorcycle when he couldn’t stop in time for a car waiting to make a left turn, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said. The car was waiting to turn from S. Jackson Road onto Wandering Creek Drive.

JACKSON, MI In an effort to increase community vaccination efforts, Henry Ford Allegiance Health and the Jackson County Health Department have partnered to open a mass COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Jackson.
Located at the Jackson County Fairground’s American 1 Credit Union Event Center, 128 W. Ganson St., the clinic will open be open Saturdays and Sundays, beginning April 16-17, to all Jackson residents age 16 and older as vaccine supply allows.
