PROVO Criminal charges were filed Monday against six men accused of committing a violent attack in Eagle Mountain where multiple shots were fired into a family’s home.
David Lopez, 18, Hector Lopez-Tamayo, 21, Cesar Martin Barragan, 19, and Landon Perez-Arroyo, 18, all of Orem; Irwin Perez-Berrera, 18, of Provo; and Sebastian Osore-Guillen, 18, whose hometown is listed as unknown, are each charged in 4th District Court with three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of discharge of a firearm, and criminal mischief, all second-degree felonies.

EAGLE MOUNTAIN A fifth person has been arrested in connection with a possible retaliation attack involving multiple shots fired inside an Eagle Mountain home occupied by a couple and their 12-year-old son.
Irwin Aldair Perez-Barrera, 18, of Provo, was booked into the Utah County Jail on Wednesday for investigation of three counts of aggravated assault and 11 counts of felony discharge of a firearm.
