Dems Scramble to Offset Trump s Judicial Appointments, SCOTUS Expansion

By Nik Rajkovic Apr 12, 2021 President Biden is nominating more judicial nominees as Democrats try to undo Trump s legacy in courtrooms around the country. The Trump administration was able to appoint more than 200 federal judges in just four years. Josh Blackman at the South Texas College of Law Houston says Democrats will probably get nowhere close. “The lower courts, the Democrats have a very slight majority in the Senate, so they ll be able to fill a lot of the vacancies in the courts of appeal and the district courts,” he says. “It s going to be a little trickier though with the Supreme Court, because they ll need a vacancy to arise and it s not clear there will be a vacancy right away.”

That investigation is pretty straight forward. But vote harvesting touches an entire community of senior citizens across multiple individuals working in an organization, sometimes in different layers.”
