Beach Volleyball Announces 2021 Schedule

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Head Coach Brooke Niles and the Florida State Beach Volleyball team have announced their schedule for the upcoming 2021 season that is set to begin at the end of February. “We are so excited to finally play someone other than ourselves,” said head coach Brooke Niles. “It has been almost a year since our season got cut short and we are ready to get out there and compete once again. We have been training really hard and realize there may be some hiccups along the way this season but we are ready for whatever is thrown our way.” Florida State is set to host two tournaments in Tallahassee and a third in Gulf Shores, Ala. The Seminoles will compete in five weekends on the road, including tournaments at Tulane, LSU, FAU, South Carolina, USC and UCLA. The Noles will also play in Gulf Shores in the March to May tournament hosted by UAB.

Voting for one’s own school is not permitted. The Ladyjacks concluded preseason voting with 235 points and 17 first-place votes to claim the top spot on the preseason poll. SFA returns a league-best five preseason all-conference selections, headlined by first-team pitcher Kassidy Wilbur.
