Huawei opened its first Digix Lab in the Asia Pacific in Singapore to empower developers and partners for the HMS ecosystem.
This is one of the programs that the leading global tech company initiated to cultivate a diverse tech ecosystem and accelerate the digital transformation in the region, Huawei Asia Pacific spokesperson told the media on 25 February during the MWC Shanghai 2021.
Located at Changi Business Park, Huawei leverages Singapore’s importance as a growing technological hub in Asia Pacific, boosting the mobile ecosystem throughout the region. Equipped with AR, VR, HMS Core Kits, and other open technological capabilities, the lab is designed to support developers of all levels throughout their mobile app development journey.

Huawei has opened its first Digix Lab in the Asia Pacific in Singapore to empower developers and partners for the Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) ecosystem.
This is one of the programmes that the leading global tech company initiated to cultivate a diverse tech ecosystem and to accelerate the digital transformation in the region, said Jay Chen, Vice President of Huawei Asia Pacific.
He said this in an interview with the media on Thursday during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Shanghai 2021, said a press release. MWC took place from Tuesday to Thursday.
