Huron Community Fair board looking to move ahead with 2021 fair

HURON COUNTY The Huron Community Fair board announced it has discussed plans to move forward with holding the fair if state COVID-19 regulations allow it.
The board has dates set for Aug. 1 through Aug. 7 for the fair. If state restrictions do not make a traditional fair experience possible, the “show and go” animal shows from the summer of 2020 will be repeated.
Fair board President Clark Brock said the board has to make a final decision about whether the fair can go on by either the end of April or early May, because any later is too close to the fair dates and will not allow enough time for planning.
