Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], February 10 (ANI/NewsVoir): ANAROCK Property Consultants Land Division has announced the successful culmination of yet another significant land deal for 20 acres at Kolkata s 262-acre Batanagar township in the Maheshtala area.
The joint venture between development management partner Ambuja Neotia Group and Hiland Group includes 10 acres of land along the golf course, and another 10 acres at the Calcultta Riverfront. Bata India Ltd. is the landlord in both instances.
Along the golf course, the two groups will develop 12 residential towers (G+13) comprising of approx. 2000 units in 2 & 3 BHK configurations. The Riverfront project is currently being planned and further project specifications will be announced soon.

A 21-year-old man went missing after jumping off the iconic Vidyasagar Setu in Kolkata into the Hooghly river along with a friend to film the stunt, police said on Monday.
Mohammed Zakir Sardar, a resident of the Tiljala area, is yet to be found and search operations are underway, an officer of the Hastings police station said.

Kolkata: There has been an increased allocation in the budget for Kolkata’s metro projects this time. The provision is of Rs 2,263 crore against 2020’s Rs 1,542 crore.
The Noapara-Barasat corridor via airport has come out as a profit for the 2021-22 fiscal in the budget. But percentage-wise, a considerable amount has come for the Joka-Esplanade metro project that had got just around Rs 100 crore in the last budget.
