Ambuja Neotia, Hiland seal land deal; to jointly develop two land parcels spread across 20 acres in Kolkata
One land parcel includes 10 acres of land along the golf course, and another 10 acres is along the Calcutta Riverfront
The deal was sealed by Anarock Property Consultants’ Land Division.
As part of the deal, two residential projects will be coming up across 20 acres of land in Kolkata which will be spread across 2 mn sq ft each.
This a joint venture between development management partner Ambuja Neotia Group and Hiland Group which includes 10 acres of land along the golf course, and another 10 acres at the Calcutta Riverfront, Anarock said in a statement.
Kolkata (West Bengal) [India], February 10 (ANI/NewsVoir): ANAROCK Property Consultants Land Division has announced the successful culmination of yet another significant land deal for 20 acres at Kolkata s 262-acre Batanagar township in the Maheshtala area.
The joint venture between development management partner Ambuja Neotia Group and Hiland Group includes 10 acres of land along the golf course, and another 10 acres at the Calcultta Riverfront. Bata India Ltd. is the landlord in both instances.
Along the golf course, the two groups will develop 12 residential towers (G+13) comprising of approx. 2000 units in 2 & 3 BHK configurations. The Riverfront project is currently being planned and further project specifications will be announced soon.
After one of the largest land development deals of Kolkata in 2020, Ambuja Neotia group and Satyaa Homes will jointly develop a 72-acre township in Rajarhat, in the north-eastern part of Kolkata. The deal will result in a large plotted/villa development township with Ambuja Neotia as the development management partner and HDFC Capital Advisors as finance partner. The deal was forged by Anarock Property Consultants. Harshvardhan Neotia, chairman, Ambuja Neotia, said, “We are delighted to partner with Satyaa and HDFC to do this plotted development township in Rajarhat. Today, customers are looking forward to having a small home of their own on a freehold property where they can have a private patch of green. This is more so in the post-pandemic world.”
