A hit and run suspect has been arrested after leading authorities on a pursuit along Highway 101. Beginning Monday morning in downtown Santa Rosa, police got a call from a victim regarding a green Jeep Cherokee driving erratically and causing a collision. The jeep would lead multiple agencies on a chase that would go south and then north on Highway 101 eventually ending with the use of spike strips near both the Shiloh and Central Windsor areas. After the front tires were blown, the vehicle came to a stop at the Healdsburg Avenue off-ramp where the suspect, 31-year-old Dexter Blake Jensen, fled on foot before being arrested a short while later. Neither Jensen nor the victim were injured.
