This year s event will take place along the Hillsborough River starting at 11 a.m., passing by the Convention Center, then down the channel between Davis Island and Harbour Island. Following the boat parade, there ll be a land celebration at the Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park starting at 2 p.m. Tampa will have hosted three championship boat parades in a year. The Bucs Super Bowl parade went viral when Tom Brady tossed the Lombardi Trophy to his wide receivers on another boat.
