The Nebraska Supreme Court ruled Friday that an Omaha man should get his day in court over injuries suffered when a sinkhole opened up beneath his garbage truck.
A sizable sinkhole in midtown Omaha formed Tuesday after a sewer line broke about 20 feet under the road, a city official said. The official theorized recent heavy rains may have led to the sinkhole.
