These are just some of the businesses that have launched in North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent since the start of the pandemic.
For some, the pandemic was the final nail in the coffin - with big name brands like Topshop and Debenhams falling into administration in 2020.

A woman has fronted court after becoming the fourth person charged with murder over the death of Ballarat woman Kobie Parfitt.
