Wednesday, May 8, 2019, in Franklin, Tenn. Publix is planning to open a grocery store in a new building in Lebanon near State Route 109 and Hickory Ridge Road. according to city officials. Popular Searches Publix and other retailers will occupy the more than 68,000-square-foot facility with four out-parcels that can be used for restaurants or other retail service options, according to the city.
