Need to get vaccinated before the fall semester starts at Del Mar College (DMC)? Whether current or potential students need the required Meningitis shot or other vaccines, including vaccination for COVID-19, the College has partnered with the Nueces County Health Department to offer on-campus vaccination clinics during August before it’s time to hit the books.
Fall credit classes begin Aug. 30.
All vaccination clinics are in the Harvin Student Center on the DMC East Campus (Ayers and Baldwin). Look for signage for room locations, which can vary by date.

Planning to attend Del Mar College (DMC) this fall and need to get registered for credit courses? Or, do you need to get a COVID-19 or required Meningitis vaccine before the fall semester starts? Now’s the time to take care of business!
An on-campus registration opportunity and a vaccination clinic are scheduled this Saturday, July 17, on the East Campus (Baldwin and Ayers) in the Harvin Student Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. DMC representatives will be on-hand to assist participants with admissions, class registration, financial aid application, Dual Credit registration, tuition and fee payments and other business that needs addressing. Advisors will be available, too.

Del Mar College s Board of Regents will interview three applicants for the vacant At-large seat left by the death of board member Hector Coach Salinas.
A special meeting has been scheduled for Friday.
The person who is selected will be sworn-in that day and will fill the remainder of Salinas term, which runs through 2024.
Candidates include local real estate investor and developer John C. Tamez, former educator and co-president and owner of Ed-Point, LLC Linda P. Villareal and regent Salinas son, Orlando Salinas.
Hector Salinas died on April 30 after battling multiple illnesses. He was 76.
The interviews will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the Isensee Boardroom in the Harvin Student Center on the East Campus. The public will not be able to attend the meeting in person because of COVID-19 protocols, but will be able to view it online or access it by telephone.
