BILLINGS â One man was arrested in downtown Billings on Sunday after a road rage incident caused him to roll his pickup, narrowly avoiding a stopped motorcyclist, at the intersection of North 30th Street and Montana Avenue, according to Billings Police Sgt. Harley Cagle.
Around 3:55 p.m., drivers of a blue Ford pickup and a silver passenger car had an altercation on the road, with the drivers making obscene gestures at each other while driving east on Montana Avenue at a high rate of speed, Cagle said.

BILLINGS â Area law enforcement were led on a slow-speed chase by a pair of 10-year-olds who allegedly stole a large RV from an auto auction yard around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Billings Police Sgt. Harley Cagle.
Cagle said a motorist originally called in the RV after it was driving erratically and trying to run another car off the road.
Law enforcement found the vehicle on Sugar Avenue and started a slow-speed pursuit where speeds ranged from 10 to 25 miles per hour.
