Person struck by vehicle in Lebanon

One person was injured after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday night in Lebanon. Police say it happened just before 8 p.m. on the first block of Lehman Street. Pennsylvania Seeing More Positive COVID-19 Cases (Harrisburg, PA)   Pennsylvania is seeing more positive COVID-19 cases. The state s Department of Health reported more than 4,600 new positive cases yesterday. There are currently almost 2,400 people hospitalized with the coronavirus statewide, and of those cases, 446 patients are being treated in the intensive care unit. Officials also announced yesterday that over five-and-a-half-million vaccinations have been administered throughout PA. Shooting In Harrisburg Kills 47-Year-Old Man (Harrisburg, PA)   Police are investigating a shooting in Harrisburg that killed a 47-year-old man. The shooting occurred this past Tuesday night in the 14-hundred-block of Vernon Street. Police say Laroyce Reed was found shot inside an apartment. He was taken to the hospital but later passed away from his injuries. Anyone with any information is being asked to contact the Harrisburg Police Department.

Police investigating after 47-year-old man shot, killed in Harrisburg

Updated: 11:46 AM EDT April 7, 2021 HARRISBURG, Pa. One person is dead after a Tuesday night shooting in Harrisburg. Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo says that a man was killed shortly before 9:00 p.m. on April 6 along the 1400 block of Vernon Street in Harrisburg. Police say 47-year-old Laroyce Reed was found shot inside an apartment, and despite receiving treatment from EMS, Reed succumbed to his injuries. Authorities say that the investigation is ongoing. Harrisburg Police are asking anyone with information on the incident to contact them at 717-558-6900.

The person who had been shot was his girlfriend, Leonila Stickney, of Bridgewater, then-age 26.
