The Pud Store acquires Precious Little One Kidswear retailer The Pud Store has bought Precious Little One, an online nursery and childcare accessories retailer, out of administration for an undisclosed sum. Andrew Smith and Kenneth Marland of Harrisons Business Rescue were appointed as joint administrators to Precious Little One last month. The deal sees The Pud Store, which was founded by The Apprentice star Frances Bishop in 2015, take control of the Preciouslittleone.com website. The website turned over more than £15m in 2020. Bishop s business received a “substantial” investment from an undisclosed multi-millionaire investor last year. “I know there is a lot of hard work to do to get the Precious Little One business up and running again, but I have a great team and we will quickly rebuild customer confidence,” she said.
