An El Cajon apartment complex has been sold for $6.8 million.
Harrison Village, LLC and Revelli Properties, LLC bought the property at 1219 Persimmon Ave. from Cajon Senior Villas, LLC.
The complex has 45 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 525 square feet.
Abe Peay of South Coast Commercial, Inc represented the buyer and seller.
“This project was a great buy as it is a value-add opportunity for the buyer in a growing rental market in the El Cajon neighborhood of San Diego close to transit, freeway access, and schools,” Peay said.

ABCNews A massive search for a fugitive shown on security video shooting a Pennsylvania police officer three times while in handcuffs stretched into its second day on Monday as authorities warned that the runaway suspect is a danger to the community.
As police fanned out across suburban Pittsburgh in search of Koby Lee Francis, 22, authorities came under scrutiny over how the suspect had the gun he used in the shooting despite being arrested, searched and placed in the back of a police SUV patrol vehicle.
Investigators also struggled to explain how Francis, who was handcuffed from behind when he was taken into custody on suspicion of violating a protective order, managed to get his cuffed hands in front of him and ambush the officer.

The scene captured by surveillance cameras on Sunday afternoon along Fourth Avenue just behind those words is anything but peaceful.
Footage released by Allegheny County police on Monday shows a suspect identified as Koby Lee Francis, 22, of McKeesport, firing several shots at city police Officer Gerasimos “Jerry” Athans, 32, from the back seat of a McKeesport police cruiser.
