HARRISON COUNTY, Texas (KSLA) - One person is wanted and one is in custody after a runaway juvenile investigation resulted in a teen being found abandoned at a remote campsite in Oklahoma.
Law enforcement officials in Harrison County say on March 27, deputies were called out to a home on Nash Road in Harleton about a runaway juvenile. The parents told deputies their 13-year0old child, who was last seen around 6 p.m., was believed to be in the Lake Deerwood area. After searching the area for the teen, a report was entered into the state and national databases for runaway juveniles.

HARRISON COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - Deputies with the Harrison County Sheriffâs Office arrested a Rowlett man Friday night in connection with a fatal shooting incident that occurred on FM 134 in Karnack.
Nathan Turnbaugh, 46, is still being held in the Harrison County Jail on a first-degree murder charge. No bond amount has been set for his charge yet.
According to a press release, the Harrison County Sheriffâs Office received a 911 call about a shooting in the 120000 block of FM 134 in Karnack at about 8:40 p.m. Friday. The caller said that a man had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was unconscious.

HARRISON COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - Members of the Harrison County Sheriffâs Office Emergency Response Team (ERT) arrested a Marshall woman after they executed a search warrant on a home and found large amounts of several different types of drugs and a gun.
âI am pleased with our Narcotic Investigators and their efforts to ensure the safety of our citizens,â Sheriff Brandon Fletcher said in a press release. âWe will continue to combat the selling of illegal narcotics, as this type of activity directly influences other crimes within our community.â
