STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - The city previously considered passing an ordinance to regulate the scooters, separate from the agreement that the city has with the company Bird- that did not happen tonight.
No residents spoke during the hearing when the board called for comments and concerns, a different scene from the last meeting when several residents shared why they were for or against the scooters. Most of the concerns addressed at the first hearing was the misuse of scooters.
