– Cold Spring Lane at Wabash Avenue - Effective Monday, November 9
th both Cold Spring Lane and Wabash Avenue will be narrowed to ONE LANE EACH WAY until approximately mid-August 2021. The traffic signal at the intersection will be re-timed to alternate the street and the direction of travel that gets by.
Baltimore City: SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT -
Falls Road between Chestnut Avenue (south of Clipper Mill Road, near Mill No. 1 and Maryland Avenue is CLOSED until SUMMER 2021.
Possible alternate routes include Maryland Avenue for SOUTHBOUND traffic, Charles Street for NORTHBOUND traffic or I-83/Jones Falls Expressway.

However, not every resident in town wants to see either the zoning change or the project occur.
William Hoblock, who is listed as the applicant on the zoning change form, and Victor Fiano, et. al., the owner of 2625 Curry Road Development Partners LLC, are proposing to construct 208 apartments across 8 structures at the site, according to documents provided to the town. There will be a combination of one, two and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 800 to 1,450 square feet.

It s almost every day I notice this drivers going below the speed limit, sometimes as low as 45 mph, after the Hamburg Street exit and before the Elm Street exit, especially in the right lane.
