SPRINGDALE, Ohio â A Hamilton County Grand Jury has indicted a second person in a shooting that wounded one man in a Dave & Buster s parking lot on June 28.
On July 1, police announced they d arrested 24-year-old John Perez and were charging him in connection with the shooting.
On Tuesday, Springdale Police said Cierra Godfrey had been indicted with the same charges with which Perez was charged: two counts of felonious assault, one count of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and of receiving stolen property.

Bradley County Woman Arrested For Tax Evasion And Theft Wednesday, June 2, 2021
The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Amiee Martin Smith for tax evasion and theft of property. Revenue special agents arrested Ms. Smith, 45, on Wednesday.
On May 25, a Hamilton County Grand Jury indicted Ms. Smith on one felony count of theft of property and 39 felony counts of tax evasion. The indictments allege Ms. Smith willfully attempted to evade or defeat sales tax due to the state of Tennessee by failing to file sales tax returns for Shooter’s Depot, LLC, from January 2014 through February 2017. Bond was set at $10,000.

A Hamilton County Grand Jury found that between 2015 and 2019, Grady Hulsey, 52, raped a child younger than 13.
The true bill states the East Ridge man was “in a position of trust, or had supervisory or disciplinary power over the victim by virtue of the defendant’s legal, professional, or occupational status and used such position or trust or power to accomplish the sexual contact.”
Hulsey is charged with rape of a child, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and sexual battery by an authority figure.
