Around 926-thousand people are eligible for the second doses between now and June. People who refuse to get vaccinated with their second doses now but choose to get them later will not be stripped of their priority recipient status.

South Korea reported 677 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, raising fears that the country has entered a fourth wave. All but fifteen of those cases were locally transmitted, with the capital region accounting for more than 420 of them. New cluster infections popped up at a music academy in Gyeonggi-do Province and a daycare center for senior citizens in Gyeongsangnam-do Province.
