Representatives from Hadleaf Holistic Greens Dispensary LLC were taking their before the Zoning Board of Appeals at 7:45 p.m. Thursday seeking a variance to use 251 Russell St., a building previously occupied by 50/50 Fitness/Nutrition and Brigade design agency before they moved to other sites. The building was originally used for auto sales and service when it displayed a flipped car on its roof.
A variance is needed from the ZBA to allow the dispensary to be within 300 feet of a residence under town zoning.
