NILES Lisa A. Cartwright, 53, surrounded by her loving family, went to be with the Lord, her parents and grandparents on Thursday, March 11, 2021.
What a joyous reunion this must have been. She fought breast cancer with a smile on her face and faith in her heart but her time had come to gain her wings.
Lisa was born July 4, 1967, in Greenville, Pa., to the late Ronald and Carolyn Gambetti. She was a 1985 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and Gordon D. James Career Center.
Upon graduation she worked for Glow Smith Industries, a division of Packard Electric, for over 10 years until she decided to be a stay-at-home mom.
WARREN Daniel G. Prince, 70, lifelong area resident, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, March 7, 2021, at home.
He was born March 17, 1950, in Warren, the son of Guy Prince and Dorothy Tenaglio Prince.
A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Dan owned his own insurance company and multiple other businesses. Dan had a big heart and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was forever loyal to his friends and to his son, Dante, helping Dante run his businesses and spending time together. He liked hunting, going to Geneva-on-the-Lake, smoking cigars and cars. At home, he enjoyed his cats and watching movies.
Dan is sadly missed by his father, Guy Prince of Howland; his mother, Dorothy Prince of Warren; his son, Dante Prince of Howland; two sisters, Denise Marsh of Howland and Diane Prince of Niles; Brandyn Lee of Warren, whom Dan raised from the time he was 7; and his nieces, nephews and many good friends.
