Three criminals have been arrested for allegedly attacking police personnel at Delhi s GTB Hospital to free gangster Kuldeep from their custody, officials said on Tuesday.

The accused were identified as Akash (20) of Nangloi, Vicky, alias Sumit (24), of Ranhola, and Vicky, alias Baniya (23), of Haryana s Jhajjar district, they said.
Criminals of Gogi gang were involved in an attack on police personnel at GTB Hospital on March 25 during which Kuldeep, alias Fazza, escaped from custody, a senior officer said. On Sunday, police got a tip-off regarding the accused persons. Thereafter, a trap was laid near Dichau Bus Depot, Nagloi, Najafgarh Road.

A group of farmers went to meet Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ramvir at his local residence on Sunday, when his gunman told them, “He is busy in wheat harvesting, and will meet you after three hours.”
Initially, farmers took it as a lie, but when insisted, the gunman allowed them to enter the residence of the DC and see him harvesting the wheat sown on two acres.

As per data from a recent report by Breakthrough India, 55.3 per cent have observed the discomfort of the woman/girl facing violence, and almost as many have intervened in an incident of violence against women in a public space. Study finds over 78 per cent respondents have faced violence in public places
Most participants, particularly women, identified violence as a broad term, consisting of physical, mental, verbal, and sexual abuse.

NEW DELHI: A study on bystander behaviour has revealed that 38.5 per cent of them didn t intervene during violence in public spaces because they did not know what to do.
According to the study Decoding Bystander Behaviour: Actions to Address Violence Against Women 78.4 per cent of the respondents said that they had faced violence in public spaces.
The study by Breakthrough with support from Uber India and IKEA Foundation was conducted in Jharkhand (Hazaribagh district), Bihar (Gaya district), Haryana (Jhajjar district), Delhi, Maharashtra (Mumbai), Telangana (Hyderabad) and Kolkata, covering over 721 respondents through digital survey and 91 in-depth interviews.

Jhajjar police in Haryana said it is probing whether the robber came with a motive to loot the store or kill its owner Dharmendra, a resident of Bori Gate. The entire incident was caught on a CCTV camera installed in the shop.

Jhajjar: We have heard about incidents where robbers killed their victims during the robbery. However, in a completely different incident, the owner of a Patanjali store in Haryana s Jhajjar shot a masked robber who came to loot the shop.
The entire incident was caught on a CCTV camera installed in the shop. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. In the video, the masked man could be seen pointing the gun at the shopkeeper.
