Build Greensboro Together is a recently created foundation dedicated to partnering with Greensboro to fund rebuilding and revitalizing some of the city’s most important communal and outdoor spaces. The organization’s initial fundraising goal of $200,000 will support completion of three key projects at Peeler Community Park, along the Lake Daniel Greenway, and at Heath Park.
“I have visited all 100 counties in North Carolina and I can say that Greensboro is unique in a state filled with wonderful places,” says Peter Reichard, Co-Chair of Build Greensboro Together. “I am so pleased to be able to partner with this amazing team to help provide much needed amenities to our community. In difficult times, it’s important to step up and ensure we can keep Greensboro a fabulous place to live.”
