Huw Gethin Jones, known affectionately as Stretch , died on Friday, February 19. A fundraiser set up by Manon Dafydd in memory of Mr Jones, who was from Llynfaes near Llangefni, raised £10,000 in just four hours and has now collected more than £34,000. The 34-year-old was a TV editor for Caernarfon-based Rondo Media and also an entrepreneur - having set up the craft brewery, Bragdy Mona, alongside five close friends. He was also known for being a much-loved player for Llangefni Rugby Club, as well as a He was a member of the choir Hogia Llanbobman, and a guitarist and vocalist with rock band #Band6.

Rugby star George North has led the tributes to treasure of a man Huw Gethin Jones who has died from Covid complications, aged 34.
Father-of-two Mr Jones, a TV editor and amateur rugby player at his local club Llangefni on Anglesey, died on Friday in hospital in Liverpool.
More than £25,000 has been raised to support his wife Teleri and their sons, Gwydion, three, and one-year-old Math.
His sister-in-law Catrin Jones said Mr Jones death was a shock and huge loss.

A 34-year-old man who died from Covid complications was equally at home signing in a choir at the National Eisteddfod or on the rugby pitch for his local club.
Father-of-two Huw Gethin Jones, an amateur rugby player for Anglesey club, Llangefni, died on Friday in hospital.
Wales rugby international George North was among those to pay tributes.
Haydn Edwards, of Llangefni RFC, said: The whole rugby family in the north has shown their admiration and respect for him.
