VVIP Chopper Scam: Delhi Court seeks response of CBI, ED on Michel s bail plea
New Delhi, Apr 22 (UNI) A Delhi Court on Thursday sought response from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on bail applications filed by British citizen Christian Michel, an accused in the AgustaWestland case related to the alleged Rs 3,600-crore VVIP chopper scam.
The Special CBI Judge Arvind Kumar sought the response from the central probe agencies over the two bail pleas filed by Michel through counsels K Joseph, MS Vishnu Shankar, and Sriram Parakkat.
The Court listed the matter for further hearing on May 6.
