Narappa have postponed its release date, the actor announced on Twitter on Thursday. Venkatesh, who will play the lead role in Srikanth Addala s directorial venture, shared an official statement about the film on the micro-blogging platform. In his tweet, the actor wrote that
Narappa will not be released on May 14 due to the rise in Covid-19 cases amid the second wave of pandemic. In lieu of the pandemic, Narappa will not be releasing on May 14th. A new theatrical date will be announced once we overcome this unprecedented crisis. Stay safe, he tweeted.

As promised, on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the title of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming actioner with director Boyapati Sreenu is out and keeping all the speculations aside, the film is titled ‘Akhanda’. A 1-minute teaser has also been unveiled much to the delight of fans and it features Balayya Babu showing his flamboyant avatar as an Aghori and stealing the show with his powerful dialogue and roaring screen presence. With a thumping background score by SS Thaman, a glimpse of the action sequence that takes in Lord Shiva’s temple under the rocks is also shown in the promo.
